Artist, designer, poet and social reformer, William Morris is perhaps best known as the founder of the arts and crafts aesthetic movement. When he started to produce prints and objects, he believed that having beautiful things around you could actually improve your quality of life. He thought that the love that went into making that item actually show through in the finished product and would really enhance your quality of life.
